REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

·         All cancellations must be made in writing by the agent. We will not regard a booking as cancelled until we receive an email regarding cancellation from the agent’s official email id.

·         The following cancellation fee  will be applicable, in regards with the number of days prior to departure that cancellation is received:

​

·         Cancellation fee will be fully charged for NO – SHOW or Early Departure, FIT / GIT for guaranteed room booking.

​

·         Should a cancellation be received  20 days prior to arrival, 100% of total reservation will be charged.

​

·         21-30 Days prior to arrival – 50% of total tour price will be REFUNDED.

​

·         30-45+ Days prior to arrival 75% of total tour price will be REFUNDED.

Once you receive the above quotation, notify us of your approval. Once we’ve received your approval, we shall go ahead with the confirmation process.
